A little science.
A lot of curiosity.
We make peptide and biohacking science easier to understand—with clear explanations, memorable drawings, and room for honest questions.
Understanding starts with a good question.
Science can feel like a conversation you joined halfway through. The Peppy Lab is a place to pause, untangle the vocabulary, and build the basics one idea at a time.
Our notebook explores peptides, biology, and how to read research. We explain what evidence supports, where it stops, and what remains uncertain.
Clear words. Traceable sources.
Follow the evidence
We look for primary research, public health institutions, and established educational sources. Our introductory lesson draws on the openly available OpenStax biology textbooks. You can follow its references and check the context for yourself.
A single study does not answer every question. We distinguish the subject studied, the kind of evidence, and the limits of what can be concluded.
Leave room for revision
We avoid presenting uncertainty as certainty. Content that needs further review stays in draft. Publication and review dates appear only when supplied for that entry.
Spotted something unclear or incorrect? Send the page link and the passage to our corrections inbox. We assess suggestions against the sources and revise the explanation when warranted.
Start small. Keep asking.
Learn what a peptide is, try building a bead chain, and give the unfamiliar words a place to land.
